By using your.move (the "app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be 18 years or older. your.move contains intimate content intended for adult couples in a consenting relationship.
your.move lets two linked partners send each other game cards — small moves, rewards, questions, and wildcards. Message and wishlist text, and any attached media, travel end-to-end encrypted; reward and custom card text is stored as plain text on our servers. The content of those moves is between you and your partner, and we do not sell, publish, or share it with advertisers.
We provide the app on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, perfect delivery, or that the app will be free of bugs. We will make a reasonable effort to keep your encrypted data safe and the service running, but you accept that storage and delivery failures may occur.
Messages, wishlist text, and media are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read or recover their content. Reward and custom card text is stored as plain text, not encrypted, and can be read by us. If you lose your device, your keys, or your account, we may not be able to restore your encrypted history.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, including any account reported for harassment, illegal content, or abuse.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, your.move and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy is to stop using the app.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austria.
